[Esd-l] REQ: beta testers for JPEG scanning

Call for beta testers: the dev snapshot has first-cut code for
scanning of image attachments for the Microsoft JPEG BO exploit.

The program "djpeg" is required. I'm looking into CPAN jpeg options.

Define $DISABLE_JPEG_SCAN to suppress scanning of image attachments.

I have tested against a single sample, so I don't know if the test
used is robust. Feedback appreciated.

Release probably this weekend if all goes well.
