[Esd-l] Using Cyrus w/ Sanitizer

The current sanitizer does not permit you to quarantine to a pipe. The
quarantine must either be a file or a directory.

Deliver to a directory and have a cron job periodically send all of the
quarantined messages in the directory through your pipe? Unfortunately
this would lose the ID of the user who received the message.
