[Esd-l] .ASP Extensions?

Are they directly executable within the Windows environment? Can you
drop an .ASP file on your desktop, double click on it, and run it? Can
you rename an .EXE to .ASP and have it run? What happens when you
double-click on an .ASP attachment within a Windosw mail client? Is it
executable on some other platform?
