The UUE handler is separate from the MIME perl script, and is
(currently) far smaller.

If you can send me a *raw* message that does this (e.g. you can
reliably compose/attach something in Outlook and have it happen, then
bypass the sanitizer for that message) then I can figure out what is
going on.

N.B.: I've seen mention about how IE examines the file to determine
how to open it for octet-stream types, maybe Outlook is doing
something similar.
