[Esa-l] PATCH: Sanitizer patcj to improve Smart Reply Suppression

The 1.139 sanitizer's Smart Reply Suppression is unfortunately not
smart enough to deal successfully with NovArg/MyDoom's header forgery.

Please apply the patch available at one of the following mirrors, and
help reduce the backscatter from the worm.

The next release will have more tunable Smart Reply Suppression.
