[Esa-l] BUG: unset $LOGFILE breaks UUE sanitization

All:

There's a bug in all version up to and including 1.133 that may permit
the current Yahoo party pictures worm to bypass your sanitizer.

If the $LOGFILE variable is not defined, then UUE sanitization fails.

Immediate fix: define LOGFILE to point to a file, or to /dev/null if
you explicitly do not wish logging.

The fix is in the development snapshot and will be part of the next
regular release.

I apologize for this oversight.
