The only thing that slightly worries me about your procmailrc is
having that closing curly brace on the same line as the variable
assignment. While I don't know that it causes problems, why risk it?
Move it to the next line.

About the only thing that I can suggest is somehow the sanitizer
script has been corrupted. Try redownloading it.

What OS is this running on? What version of procmail?
