[Esd-l] Call for testers

I have updated the optout preprocessor so that you can specify
defaults before checking the user's settings file, and the user's
config file won't clear those defaults.

I need some beta testers for this before putting it into general
release. Would anybody who wants to implement user-controlled security
or has a complicated custom policy configuration and who is willing to
test this please grab the current copy from

and take a look?
