[Esd-l] What doees this (sanitizer) log entry mean?

*** I noticed several such entries in my procmail log concerning mail
messages going to "/usr/sbin/sendmail -oi"

Subject: =?iso-8859-1?Q?R=E9f=2E_=3A_mon_adresse?=
  Folder: /usr/sbin/sendmail -oi

I haven't been able to understand what the option -oi does and why procmail
would send the message to the "Folder /usr/sbin/sendmail -oi?"
