[Esd-l] Procmail Recipe needed

Hello all,

I need a recipe to extract a data file from a legitimate email.  This
email will always be from the same address, and will have this text
file attached:

Content-Type: text/plain; x-avg-checked=avg-ok-69515D87; charset=us-ascii
Content-Disposition: attachment; filename="Chambers.dat"
Content-Transfer-Encoding: 8bit

I would like to store the file in a folder "ChambersData" with the
filename as date: ie Oct07_2003.dat if not too much trouble.

If anyone knows of a how-to or has a script already built for
something like this that would be great.
