[Esd-l] Procmail recipie issue with sanitizer

Hi again,

I have been trying to solve a small problem and my failure is entirely due 
to lack of eptitude on my part.

What I want to do is to stop mail from a certain adress, lets say 
trusted at isp.com from being filtered through the sanitizer. I have tried 
setting up a recipie and it works but everything seems to bypass the 
sanitizer from what I can see. What I did was to put the following recipie 
in before INCLUDERC

:0
* ! ^From:.<*@isp\.com>

what am I missing?
