[Esd-l] Anyone catch any piggy-back exe viruses riding with a klez attachment?

I'm wondering about piggyback viruses that infect a klez attachment. 
Does the two unique line signature for catching a klez attachment
still show up or does it change somewhat?  Anyone catch one of these
yet?
