[Esd-l] Exclude Users/Mailboxes from sanitizer

Currently, instead of a global /etc/procmailrc file, each user has a 
$HOME/.procmailrc file, because some people are special.  It's becoming 
hellish to admin.  I want move to a global system, but there are still a 
few users that need to bypass the sanitizer (they don't have the 
$HOME/.procmailrc file).

I'm still looking for a better way to bypass the sanitizer for specific 
users.  Any one?

BTW, John, your docs are looking better each year.  :)
