Are you poisoning all .EXEs?

Sigh. As much as I dislike the idea of signature-based security, we
should probably do a local-rules snippet for magister just as we've
done for Sircam.

Brent, you have a sample. Can you give us a minimum size and a Base64
signature like we have for Sircam?
