[Esa-l] Version 1.129

Well, I don't even know what it was there for, but I have this
in the procmailrc:

VERBOSE=YES

Which you seem to set, if DEBUG_VERBOSE is set could that
be the problem? I did not have DEBUG_VERBOSE set at all. I
tried the new scores logic but I did away with that....
