[Esd-l] Perl Version & 1.136

I found that Sanitizer 1.136 did not work properly with Perl 5.004_04.

John Hardin reports that Sanitizer 1.136 works fine with Perl 5.004_05.

If your version of Perl is before 5.004_05, you probably need to get the
development release which has a fix for the problem I encountered:

http://www.impsec.org/email-tools/development/html-trap.procmail

Note that the sanitizer's website now says "The minimum tested perl
version is 5.004_05 - earlier versions are not guaranteed to work
properly."

(I get a chuckle out of the "not guaranteed" part because with GPL
software, it goes without saying that there are no guarantees -- period.)
