Actually, no. My quarantine is not okay. I do not want to quarantine emails
but instead, bounce them to the sender. So I set quarantine to -r--------
and set

SECURITY_QUARANTINE=/var/spool/mail/quarantine
SECURITY_QUARANTINE_OPTIONAL=NO
SECURITY_DISABLE_SMART_REPLY=YES

Did I do this wrong? Actually, I think I tested it with proper quarantine
permissions (setting it to 622). And same thing occurred. So I don't think
it's quarantine stuff.
