Procmail supports delivery to a directory, in which case each message
will be a separate file in that directory. This is called "Maildir
format".

The sanitizer uses standard procmail delivery techniques, so this
should work; I just haven't tried it myself. It's possible that the
permissions on a quarantine directory need to be rwx-wx-wx, since X
permissions permit you to access a directory.
