[Esa-l] Lists changes

I am currently in the process of making changes to the lists.

This came from the need of those who just wanted to know when new releases
came out.

esa-l at spconnect.com or Email Security Annouce will become a strictly
moderated list. If it is not an anounce, it will not go through.

esd-l or Email Security Discusson list will be a members only..

The esa-l archives will have a snapshot taken and move to esa-d

I have moved all members to the new list. Please take time to add or
delete yourself from the respective list.
