According to the Symantec writeup, SirCam checks the registry for a
mail address (I assume whatever you've configured your mail program to
use) and if it does NOT find one, uses the current user name plus one
of three or four domains, one of which is @prodigy.net.mx

This means that a certain portion of these messages cannot be replied
to, but many can be.

One possible response, for those of you who want to take pity on
prodigy.net.mx:
