[Esa-l] double filename extensions

The provided regexps in the poisoned  file do not seem to catch double
filename extensions.
I'm using v1.129

Here they are:

*.[a-z][a-z][a-z0-9].[a-z0-9][a-z0-9]
*.[a-z][a-z].[a-z0-9][a-z0-9][a-z0-9]

*.[a-z][a-z][a-z0-9]\s+.[a-z0-9][a-z0-9][a-z0-9]
*.[a-z][a-z][a-z0-9]\s+.[a-z0-9][a-z0-9]

Any ideas?
