Wow, the .DLL issue is causing a lot of traffic over on bugtraq...

Brent's suggestion is a good one, and I'll second it: you should add
"ocx" to your custom list of mangled extensions, and *.ocx to your
poisoned file list. The next release of the sanitizer will include ocx
in the default mangle list.

Unfortunately this isn't a complete solution, as it won't stop
somebody including a trojaned .DLL in a .ZIP file.
